Natural Biotin Powder (Homemade)
Uses :
Take 1-2 tsp everyday
Simply Mix 1 tsp of biotin powder in warm milk and have it every day
refreshing drink : blend 1-2 tsp with banana and milk in a blender and have a refreshing milk shake
( use any fruit of your choice or coco powder )
add to oats , smoothies or dosa batter
To make Kanji( Porridge )
take 200ml of water and 50ml milk in a pan
bring to boil
Take 2 tsp biotin powder , 2 tsp Ragi powder in a bowl add some water to make a lump free paste
add this paste to boiling water
stir continuously for 2-3 mins in low fame
add sugar or jaggery or honey to taste
optional : add pinch of cardamom powder or cocoa powder for flavour
For laddo :
Add some jaggery powder and mix and make small laddos and have 2 laddos everyday
