Ingredients: Base Formulation: Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil (20%), Cold-Pressed Castor Oil (5%), Demineralized Water (47.5%), Lye (2.5%), Propylene Glycol (5%), Glycerine (10%), Sucrose (2.5%), CAPB (3.75%) and Alkyl Polyglycoside (3.75%). Activated Charcoal (Coconut Shell) Powder (5% of the Base Formulation)

Formulation Guidelines:

Cut: Cut the soap base into cubes the size of ice cube and fill the container in which you are melting the

base) up to 75% of its volume with soap base.

Add 1 to 2% filtered water to compensate for moisture

Melt: Melt the soap base in a microwave or a double boiler.

--Microwave Users: Set the timer to 2 min and stop

every 30 sec to check the soap base. Stir once or twice if required. And microwave for longer if required.

-LPG stove users: Melting temperature should be between 75 to 80 degrees Celsius. While melting on low flame stir lightly in time intervals. Once the base is melted, remove the utensil from heat.

Pour: Add the additives such as colour/ fragrance/ dry herbs then mix it and pour it into the mould. Let it cool down till room temperature. De-mould the soap once set and pack it in a shrink wrap paper to avoid contact

with moisture.

Storage: Store in air-tight containers or in a cover with

no exposure to air. Keep in a dry and cool place.
